PAYMENT & DELIVERY
We do accept Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin etc), Western Union, Moneygram and Bank transfer payments for large orders.
You will receive payment instructions and information about payment methods only by email or after you order online on our website. We do offer different ways for payment.
Also we do not accept Paypal, its against Paypal‘s terms and conditions to take payment for Iboga Products.
We do not accept Visa and Mastercard.
COD Payment is not accepted here – it’s also impossible for international orders.
If you sent your payment but you changed my mind you can get a refund, but only if we have not already shipped your order, however we must deduct 10% to cover our costs of receiving and sending the payment back to you. Or, we can give you store credit of the full amount.
All our regular customers can have a personal discount. You can ask personal discount by email after your first order.
DELIVERY
Packages are generally dispatched within 24hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via fast courier so the package will be delivered to you within as short time from the day of dispatch. You will also receive an email containing the parcel’s tracking number. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
