SHIPMENT & RETURNS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Orders are usually shipped within the next business day. Orders placed from Saturday to Sunday, will ship out on Monday.
We usually do not make mistakes in dosage or packaging. Anyway, if you are not sure that the product you have received, is what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service immediately. All our packages are shipped out discreet and confidential.
We do our best to ship packages out as soon as possible. However we cannot take responsibility for delays, caused by courier companies/postal services. Unfortunately some circumstances are beyond our control, you are always welcome to contact our Customer Service and we always try as much as possible from our side to speed up delivery.
If you want to return the parcel, you need to place the return request within 2 days after your receipt of the product. To be eligible for returns, the content must be in its original packaging, unharmed or used in any way. This is because of contamination concerns. Iboga Wholesales does not restock the returned products. Therefore, we cannot fully refund the returned orders. We will evaluate the refunds on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund the shipping charges. For refunds, we will charge an administration fee.
